Personal Injury

Why should you hire the Parrish Law Firm?
We know how insurance adjusters evaluate claims because we have worked with insurance companies in defending lawsuits alleging personal injury. Also, founding attorney James Parrish’s father was an executive in the insurance industry for over thirty years, so Mr. Parrish has a unique insight into the way claims are evaluated and resolved. We know what the adjusters need to see and the best way to present your claim so that you will receive full value. Insurance adjusters and their attorneys know that the Parrish Law Firm concentrates a great deal of its practice in the personal injury arena and that we are not afraid to go to Court.

Motor Vehicle Accident Injury

What should I do at the scene of an accident?
Don't admit any fault. Get the names of witnesses and get their contact information (write this down). If possible, take pictures of your vehicle and the other vehicle involved. Take pictures of the location where the accident took place. Get medical attention as soon as possible after the accident. Other than reporting your claim to your insurance company, you should not give them statements about the accident. Talk with a lawyer first.

Traffic Violations

Do I need an Attorney?
If you have been charged with a criminal and/or traffic offense, then you need an attorney from the Parrish Law Firm to protect your freedom and preserve your reputation in the community. Reckless driving and DUI/DWI convictions will haunt you for several years in the forms of extremely expensive insurance premiums and inability to obtain employment that requires any type of vehicle operation. Additionally, criminal convictions will remain a permanent part of your record for the rest of your life and can harm your ability to purchase a home and gain security clearances at your job. Our attorneys will do everything possible to save you from these devastating effects and allow you to prosper in the future.

DWI / DUI

What are my rights if the police unlawfully stopped, arrested, tested or charged me?
If your rights were violated in any way, there may be no case against you. A good DWI lawyer will evaluate whether your rights were violated in any way. If they find you were not properly treated or unlawfully stopped, it is possible you may have recourse to have the case dismissed
