I contacted the Parrish Law Firm while my mother was still in the hospital. Mr. Parrish contacted me same day and thoroughly explained his processes and procedures which was very comforting. Zuly did the intake and was very nice, professional and responded promptly to text messages and emails. Stephanie Moran is the paralegal handling my mother's case and has been excellent. When I ended up in an accident on May 22, 2004, I contacted a law firm that had handled a previous case for me in 2010. This firm, who had won my case in 2010 by the way, decided there was no case with my current accident.I was injured, my vehicle damaged, I didn't know what to do. After a few days of pondering, I decided to try contacting another firm. I was fortunate that Jim Parrish answered the phone. After listening to me explain what happened, Jim decided there was a case, and he would be willing to pursue it on my behalf.Jim and his team kept me informed every step of the way. If I had questions, they were responsive and informative. Their firm fought for me while I healed and recuperated. My daughter was involved in a fairly serious automobile accident for which she was at fault. As she is on my policy, I was concerned about my personal exposure in the event of a lawsuit. I am familiar with the Parrish firm having lived in the area for many years. I wanted to do a "soft" probe into what I might expect, so I gave them a ring. After giving my information to Javier, their paralegal, Jim called me back that evening. He was very re-assuring and knowledgeable about several misconceptions that I had. Reached out to Parrish Law Firm after having an extremely bad fall at Lowe’s and being angry that they did not follow up as promised to a) enquire how I was and b) discuss replacement of my glasses which were irrevocably damaged. Luckily my face was not but it is not a pretty sight. Looks as if I have gone a round with Mike Tyson! James Parrish contacted me by telephone and after a very lengthy and informative talk, it was decided that it would probably be a waste of time going against such a large company, especially as the only thing that was broken were my glasses but he was so helpful that if ever I need an accident lawyer, he would be my number one choice.

Mr Parrish offered legal and professional advice even though it didn’t benefit him, but was in the best interest of the client. We recently called him and he said that we could go forward, but the cost of it would probably outweigh the benefit and would not be what we were anticipating. This was all done without costing us initial legal fees.In addition, we previously used Mr Parrish for an accident where some other lawyers would not offer us advice due to the nature of timing associated with how long the case drug on with the insurance company. Not only was he able to assist us with the claim, but exceeded our expectations in recouping damages associated with the accident. He was also able to advise on insurance coverages moving forward to protect ourselves.

I consulted with Mr. Parrish’s law firm regarding a botched interventional radiology surgery called ‘Pelvic Ovarian Vein Coil Embolization’. I had the surgery supposedly to avoid having a hysterectomy and the exact opposite happened and much more. Mr. Parrish spoke at length with me regarding my situation, but he wasn’t able to pursue the case due to many medical factors and resulting surgeries. I’ve had a new development in my case and I will contact him again to see if it’s something that would warrant pursuing my case. I highly recommend Parrish Law Firm!

I was in an accident and the other driver was at fault. I submitted a claim to their insurance company and their settlement seemed very low, particularly since my car was totaled, I had a concussion, and back and neck injuries which required months of physical therapy. Having no experience with this type of negotiation, I consulted with Mr. Parrish. After gathering information from me, he made several suggestions to help me proceed on my own. I am following his advice and hope to resolve this issue but if I need legal representation I would definitely hire Mr. Parrish.

After my car accident I was devastated. My head injury was severe and I had to go through many months of therapy to learn how to stop stuttering, to regain balance while walking, and to manage all the body twitches and tremors I would have to endure. I also sustained injuries to my neck and left shoulder which required many months of physical therapy. I got in my first major car accident last year in November and it was a major blow financially and emotionally for me because it wasn't my fault at all and I had no idea where to turn too for legal help. When I initially reached out to The Parrish Law Firm, I was in uncharted territory. My case was almost 5 years old and had been mismanaged by two other firms. Being the victim of a complicated car accident by a commercial vehicle is not a situation I would wish on anyone. Overall a great experience working with Mr. Parrish, he was very transparent regarding fee's and costs, and despite the months length of my case, he remained true to his word in the end with no costly surprises. Stephanie was also kind and helpful. The only constructive feedback I would offer is that there were parts of the process that were not well communicated, that broke down the legal jargon or for instance, why my son was not included in the case, and I wish that was more clear. I like to have all the details upfront, and felt I had to chase information or repeat the same details in order to make sure all aspects of my concerns were addressed. As with any legal situation, you do have to advocate for yourself and make sure your lawyer is aware of all of your needs to avoid miscommunication. So, I believe this self advocacy is not just required for this firm, but I would argue for any legal context. Overall, whats most important is that Mr. Parrish was true to his word and honest about what we should expect and the costs. I appreciate his integrity and honesty and for that I highly recommend his firm to anyone seeking support. Thank you Mr. Parrish!

If you are an active duty or retired service member and you are looking for a law firm that leads with integrity and holds the responsible party accountable, this is the law firm for you. About two years ago, I was in a serious accident, where my car was rear ended and completely totaled by someone who was reaching for their cellphone. I subsequently rear ended another vehicle caring a baby, mother and aunt due to this driver's negligence. Mr. Parrish got back to me right away after contacting his office. Our case was complicated as we had a collision with a U.S. mail truck and they cannot be sued, but they were at fault. Mr. Parrish said he had experience with them and he could handle it, and he did! I was compensated for my loss of vehicle, medical expenses and pain and suffering. It took awhile, but he kept us informed and updated regularly during the whole procedure. His entire office staff is kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Hope we never have to, but would use him again, no question!

This law firm could do nothing for me, and that’s exactly what they should have done. Long story short: They could have taken on my case, but instead of attracting a client for an easy money grab, they informed me of what I might do instead, and although they didn’t get my business, they made life easier. I came to Mr. Parrish because of injuries sustained in an auto accident where the other party left the scene. I had never dealt with an attorney before so I was very nervous, but I filled out the form on his website and he quickly responded, setting up a time where we could talk on the phone. I was reluctant about proceeding with legal action for a personal injury as a result of a bike accident caused by another bicyclist. I contacted Jim Parrish and he talked to me at length about how such legal action would proceed if I was to decide to do so. No pressure was applied. Once I decided to do so, I contacted the office.
