Medical Records Coordinator
Alexa brings over ten years of customer-facing experience to her role as Medical Records Coordinator, combining compassion, organization, and a strong commitment to helping others. Her background in both healthcare and law allows her to effectively support clients, medical providers, and attorneys throughout the case process.
Before joining the firm, Alexa worked as a Patient Access Associate at a reproductive health clinic in Georgia, where she supported patients during sensitive situations by coordinating appointments and ensuring a welcoming, supportive experience. She later served as a Legal Assistant at a bankruptcy law firm and as a negotiator in personal injury law, building a strong understanding of claims, insurance processes, and the importance of accurate medical documentation.
Alexa’s passion for helping others extends beyond her professional work. Since the age of 13, she has volunteered with her parents’ educational nonprofit, teaching English and Spanish and supporting community-focused programs.
Outside of work, Alexa enjoys spending time with her cats and dog, cooking, painting, and working on arts and crafts.
