Medical Records Coordinator
Maya brings more than ten years of customer service experience to her role as Medical Records Coordinator. Her compassionate approach, strong organizational skills, and background in both healthcare and legal services allow her to effectively support clients, medical providers, and attorneys throughout every stage of the case process.
Before joining Parrish Law Firm, Maya worked in immigration law at Connell and Associates – Mexican Attorneys & Consultants, where she gained valuable experience with legal procedures, case documentation, deadline management, and client communication. She later served as a Patient Access Associate at a chiropractic clinic, helping patients navigate sensitive situations by coordinating appointments, assisting with insurance-related matters, maintaining accurate medical records, and creating a welcoming patient experience.
Outside of work, Maya enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and staying active through swimming, running, soccer, basketball, and other outdoor activities. She also loves traveling, especially to the beach.
