Administrative Assistant / Balance Coordinator

Nada joined Parrish Law Firm in March 2024, bringing a background in customer service and a caring, team-oriented approach to her work. As an Administrative Assistant and Balance Coordinator, she enjoys staying organized, helping clients, and contributing to a team that supports people through challenging situations.

Her professional background includes two years working at her father’s pizzeria, one year as a barista at Tous Les Jours, and four and a half years of experience as a server at Olive Garden. These experiences helped her develop strong communication and multitasking skills, along with the ability to work closely with others while balancing a variety of responsibilities. She brings that same adaptability and attention to detail to her work at the firm.

Nada is currently studying radiology at NOVA Community College. She speaks English and Arabic and is comfortable learning new technology and software. Whether managing documents, communicating with clients, or handling administrative tasks, she values accuracy, organization, and collaboration.

For Nada, working in personal injury is meaningful because it offers an opportunity to help people when they need support. She understands that even the everyday details of her work can make a difference in a client’s experience. Helping someone feel heard and making the process a little easier are among the most rewarding parts of her role.

Outside of work, Nada has an adventurous spirit and enjoys trying new things. A self-described “side quester,” she loves hiking, exploring new places, and seeking out experiences that offer an adrenaline boost. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends and finding ways to turn an ordinary day into an unexpected adventure.

Alongside her adventurous side, Nada has a sentimental streak. She treasures meaningful keepsakes, including her baby clothes and every birthday card she has received over the past four years, and finds it difficult to part with items that hold special memories.
