Medical Malpractice Suit Against Culpeper Surgeon Continued To Next September

A medical malpractice suit against Dr. Robert Rutkowski of Culpeper County was continued to September 2013, reports StarExponent.com.
Dr. Rutkowski is being sued by Carol Nettles, 68, after undergoing carpal tunnel surgery on October 26, 2011. She claims that the procedure has caused her persistent pain, loss of motion and mobility, and disability in her left shoulder and left arm and is suing Dr. Rutkowski for negligence. Nettles is also asking for him and the Virginia Orthopaedic Center to pay for attorney fees, costs, and pre-judgment.
The trial will begin on September 30, 2013 at 9:30 am, to allow time for expert medical testimony.
Dr. Rutkowski has denied all negligent allegations but was not available to comment.
