Dinwiddie, V.A. – Apr. 18 – Two individuals were critically injured, one severely, in a tractor trailer accident on I-85 early Wednesday morning after the vehicle struck the Sycamore Street bridge at mile marker 68.
The car collision, which occurred within a close proximity just south of the I-95 interchange, happened at 3:16 a.m., according to the official police report. The Virginia Department of Transportation immediately sent an engineer to inspect the bridge and subsequent damage shortly after the crash.
