June 6, 2012 by The Parrish Law Firm

Franklin County, VA – June 6 – A tractor-trailer driver received charges Wednesday morning after his vehicle blocked off Route 220.

According to official reports by WSLS.com, the accident occurred when Scottie McGuire, who was working for VIRTRAN Express at the time of the accident, ran his tractor-trailer over a “slick spot.”

This caused the vehicle to “jackknife” on the road.
